Hard to say right now. I got off early yesterday and was on the road by five. My worst case would be six if I'm going straight out. This is of course thinking of daylight riding as the priority.

Pub good, ride not exactly bad, but shall be riding to / from work tomorrow so I won't want to spend more time in the saddle, just on a bar stool

Pub good for me too. I actually found a physiotherapist that does bike fitting and have my first session tomorrow early evening.

Let me know if the pub i go ahead.

So Martin, do you want to plan to ride mountain bikes, Starz then pub, depart for ride 6:30 and if you can go earlier just let me know?
