- Ensures the integrity and engineers for all facets of the client’s Directory and Authentication systems.
• Assists operations in maintaining all LDAP services and administration
• Works with Architecture and Application developers groups to engineer solutions for the company’s LDAP services.
• Interfaces with designated departmental liaisons to review current and future identity management needs.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Ability to understand complex technical issues
• Helps troubleshoot user-related issues.
• Helps troubleshoot application-related issues.
• Assists and/or manages with LDAP Directory upgrades, enhancement and revisions.
