Notes :Candidate needs to be multi-tasker because they will be responsible for more than one project. They must have tremendous communication skills. Previous bank experience would be helpful. Interpersonal skills and personality are key.
Position Description:
Responsible for leading project teams and managing activities associated with high-visibility projects that are long-term, company-wide (crossing multiple organizational entities) and significant in risk, scope and complexity.
Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements and business cases, including statements of work.
May manage a family or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy.
Develops and revises highly complex project plans and budgets.
Responsible for understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
Interacts and negotiates with senior and/or executive management on a regular basis.
Creates and implements complex communication plans.
Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports.
Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.
May directly or matrix manage project staff, including selection, training and conducting performance evaluations.

Project Manager to manage technical projects in Service Delivery, Architecture & Engineering and Security.
This individual will manage as many as 3 projects.
General understanding of technology, strong communication, analytical and writing skills. In addition, this person must understand and be able to develop resource allocation assessments, be able to create program level reports to Executive level management.
*PMI certification preferred
*8+ years experience in project management infrastructure including coordination, facilitation or
management (project management tools, project plans, issues management, risk management,
communication plans, and project team formation or coordination) .
*5-7 years of experience as a project or program manager facilitating the development of project
management work products, including critical path schedules, budget management, risk management
strategies, scope definitions, and communication plans .
*3- 5 years experience identifying and resolving issues caused by interdependencies across various
projects, programs of products.
*3- 5 years experience in process design or business reengineering.
*2-4 years of risk management and mitigation experience
