Dear Sir/Madam,

The notices related with the exam form submission for RS2016 examination are attached herewith. You are requested to assign the duty of exam form collection of regular students to a clerk in the department. The clerk can keep the track of students submitting the exam form by taking the sign of the student on the roll list. After the last date of the exam form submission, the exam forms signed by the concerned clerk and the list of the students should be submitted to COE office.

You are also requested to forward the notice related with the exam form submission of RTMNU absorbed student to the concerned faculty member for necessary action.
