Dear all,

thank you very much for the papers! Everything is almost set and ready for submission to Springer.

Anna, Sara, Michalis, and Trung: Could you please check the papers of your tracks and drop me a line when you are done or send me the verified paper archives? I’ve looked into some of the NUM and STOC papers and there are incorrect file naming, latex compilation errors, incorrect authors.txts..

Thank you very much
Paul

Dear Paul,

I don't see what you mean. Both NUM papers compile, the files are correctly named and the author.txt files are correct.
The only possible issue with paper 81 could be that there are subdirectories containing the figures, but I did not think it was a big issue.

Best,
A*

PS.- You do not need to bother Sara with NUM papers- she is evoSET's co-chair, not evoNUM's 😊

I also checked SET papers and they are also correct: they compile and have the right file names and authors.txt

Dear Anna, dear all,

the deadline for last changes is Friday, 2nd of February. This is the day when the files have to be uploaded to Springer. In case there are some changes / updates, I can incorporate them until Friday.

I’ve tried everything, even installing a second latex instance without any luck. I have attached the logs to the email. If you can compile paper 81, then it is ok for me and I will provide Springer the original files. I guess in case of problems Springer will contact the authors directly.

Sara is co-chair of EvoSET and the EvoSET chairs haven’t replied until Sunday 12:14 pm, whether I can proceed with processing of EvoSET papers. That is why I mentioned Sara’s name.

Thank you and with best regards
Paul

paper 81: cant create a valid pdf file of this paper using latex and pdflatex commands

- bibliography style is wrong, fixing it to splncs03.bst breaks the latex compilation process even more
