Dear All,

                We are proposing to run some student focused events at EvoStar this year. We trialled this last year and the results were promising enough for us to continue developing in this area.

 

The plan (subject to a few details being ironed out is)

 

1.       We will hold a Student reception & 1 minute PhD madness session early on the Tuesday evening at a café in Parma

2.       Once again we will run a scavenger hunt with students in groups–  the hunt will require photographic evidence of team members taking part in conference activities as well as being out and about in Parma

3.       We want to encourage each group to come up with an idea for an EvoStar2019 paper and encourage them to pursue this over the next year. To help them with this we’d like some individuals to act as mentors and meet with the groups during coffee breaks and help them shape their ideas.

 

So….  I need volunteers to help, especially with item 3.
