The notification, which is based on the Kannada Language Learning Act 2015, states that the introduction of Kannada as a first or second language will be carried out in a phased manner starting from Class 1 students of all schools. Hindi speech translation service is provided by both Microsoft and Google. They both use their own cognitive services to translate spoken words and phrases into a language of your choice. For some languages, you will hear the translation spoken aloud.
