Richmond RCMP said the incident happened on Oct. 9, 2021 at a charging station in the 4600-block No. 3 Road. It came into police as a “weapons call” after a 59-year-old Vancouver man who was charging his electric vehicle at the station was threatened with violence by strangers. Two people were arrested.
