I Am A Slightly Experienced Computer User, Totally Disabled: ACF?

Friends;
I have used a computer for about eight years and have some things
down pat and others are a little harder, or incomprehensible. I am
disabled and the computer is my social life.
I welcome you in my room and plelased to meet you.
Question: Alt. Comp. Freeware is undergoing sifting. the trolls
are wrestling with the serious.
Can i count on a slightly serious artmosphere here, or should I
just get ready for being trolled?
Thanks and please don't take offence, I just would like to know
whether asbestos is the usual dres code.
