Thanks for pointing that out, completely forgot to do that. I call
that window the minimap. Sure, highest level node is okay when cult
has no origin.
Okay, I'll just make the window background darkened or black.

Ah yes, the next logical step :) I'll do that.
- made ! blink when message is important (right now only investigator
appearance is considered important)
- bug: removed destroyed cults from node task list
- bug: tooltip is now closed when mouse goes away from map window
- "your turn" window in multiplayer now has black background
I've also tried to resize map window to browser window size but
couldn't get it to work. It always scales the images with canvas.
Googling the issue does not provide anything that works so that'll
have to wait.
