join our RNA Sequencing Data with R/Bioconductor course, held online 3–14 November 2025, and gain practical skills to perform rigorous statistical analysis of high-throughput genomic data.

Over six sessions, we will cover:

  • Hypothesis testing and error types

  • High-quality data visualization in R

  • Working with genomic regions in Bioconductor

  • Differential expression and gene set analysis
