how to run evidence_modeler.pl without partition

I used this codes on my pc

~/EVidenceModeler-1.1.1/EvmUtils/partition_EVM_inputs.pl

```

It went wrong with error: Segmentation fault (core dumped). I thought it was because my storage(32Gb) ran out.

I want to know if it was able to run evidence_modeler.pl without partition. For I've run it and produced a evm.out, however I don't have a partitions_list.out file, and cann't convert the evm.out to gff3. How to fix this problem?
