Greetings all,

The new site for the EVM documentation can be found here:

https://github.com/EVidenceModeler/EVidenceModeler/wiki

which will make it easier to maintain going forward.

I would suggest using the "Parafly" bundled with Trinity (or apt-get install parafly on ubuntu) to execute the "commands.list" file.
e.g.,
ParaFly -c commands.list -CPU "Number of cores"

Yes, good idea. I'm way overdue for a new release. I'll make it more
turn-key including ParaFly and also make docker and singularity images
available.
