file that used to be up on here

There was a file that minimoliversays had uploaded on here that was
like generic spec answers/aspec/generic k framework stuff and it was
in all caps and word. And it's not on here anymore and I forgot to
save it to my comp. So could someone either re-upload it or email it
to me or something? Anyone who has it.
