Can we please quit posting stuff from last year?

Unless it's relevant to Africa, we don't need it. It's just taking up
space.

This isn't just aimed at the latest one, it's been around for a while,
and I think if we're tryign to conserve space we should keep it to
just Africa stuff.

I think some stuff will always be applicable, and backfiles often have
useful cards in them. While someone posting a Readiness file is next
to worthless, the Space backfile is quite relevant (for China Disads)
and old Kritiks always seem be run.
