RSM is an open source M implementation targeting ANSI/MDC X11.1-1995 (ISO/IEC 11756:1999).

Highlights for this release:
- First snap package release, available on the Snap Store
- Multi-arch Docker image for 6 platforms
- Significantly improved debugging experience
- Improved M standard compliance
- New sequential I/O interface documentation
- Migrated to C11/POSIX.1-2008
- Dozens of language, compiler, database, daemon, and runtime fixes
