Looking for the book "Mumps primer" from Richard F. Walters

I'm looking for the book "MUMPS primer, revised: An introduction to the interactive programming system of the future" by Richard F. Walters, ISBN-10: ‎ 0918118247 / ISBN-13: ‎ 978-0918118240. 

This was the book where my Mumps career started with around 1986. As I'm collecting the original old Mumps reference books, this one is definitely on my list of most wanted books.

I looked everywhere on the net for a used paperback at book webshops but it isn't available anymore.

If someone in this group has this book and want to sell it to me or can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful!
