Since I've been on a file system spree off late, I thought of solving
the problem above by saying that you can always log to a file, and
that the file system will decide where to actually put it. Kind of
wound about, but will always work, and apps. need not worry about
these silly things.
Also what bothers me is that I can't fucking send a link to the
reddit.com home page and expect anyone to see exactly what I saw....
again, I think this is because of the versioning fs I am up to these
days, but it would be cool to have a service that let me send such
links to people.
