I'm pretty sure that consciousness is LOCAL. In my experiences with telephathy, it seems that minds are co-located, which define LOCAL. AG

Does this mean local or non-local? In any event, this is the type of comment that is operationally useless. If we want to unify QM and GR, we have to decide if the new theory is local or non-local, since it can't be both AFAIK. Further, will the new theory be deterministic or probabilistic? And if probabilistic, meaning quantum, what observable or whatever, will be quantified?
