That is some progress. It is mainly electronics working in the biological voltage regime. But also a bit more, as the regime is found by their device itself, if I get the idea correctly, and which is promising.

It will still take a long time before any “yes doctor” here, but it shows that it will be unavoidable. We have to be vigilant that the state does not say “yes doctor” for us, without our consent, some day.
