Thanks to the blood on a couch where Hitler put a bullet through his head, we now have a copy of his genome, and it reveals that he had something called "Kallmann syndrome" which, among other things, produces an undescended testicle, a micropenis, infertility, and a lack or diminished sense of smell.

For years there have been rumors that Hitler only had one ball, and apparently it's true. During World War II the British even had a song about it: 

Hitler has only got one ball,
Göring has two but very small,
Himmler is rather sim'lar,
But poor old Goebbels has no balls at all.

There were also rumors that Hitler had Jewish ancestry, but according to his DNA that rumor proved to be untrue.

Something else was discovered. Comparing Hitler’s polygenic risk score with those of 30,000 Danish people, scientists found that  “Hitler's score for schizophrenia, autism and bipolar disorder was actually higher than 99% of the individuals in the Danish population.”
