Well, I am eating foods that are more grounding such as grains, hearty
soups, rice and moong beans etc. As far as my emotional needs are
concerned, I am focusing on AyurYoga classes that is again focussed on
grounding poses, breath control and meditation. All Yoga classes at
the Healing Gardens are geared towards Well Being. The weather is
very funky this year and suceptible to flu like symptoms, but one can
escape these symptoms if one can make little change in lifestyle.

I'm eating moong beans and rice too! I wasn't thinking about it in terms of the weather though. So when the wind is blowing and it is stormy outside then we add grounding food and other grounding elements in to our routine? Do you just add a few grounding elements or do you focus on them? I am using your oil at bedtime and that feels really nice especially on my feet.
