Every Proxy connection with enabled VPN: device is seen but no data can be sent

Hello.
Connected my laptop to Wi-Fi hotspot on mobile phone (Android 12).
Started Every Proxy SOCKS-proxy, assigned correct IP (starts from 192.168....) and port 8080.
In laptop proxy server settings pasted the same data.
Every Proxy displays that the device is conncted, and number of the connections is constantly increasing.
At the same time, the graph which shows upload and download traffic, is still flat and displays that no data is sent or received.
On mobile, I use TipTop VPN and I also excluded Every Proxy from split tunneling. The Every Proxy Network Bridge app is included to work with VPN and it's shown as enabled in settings of opened SOCKS-proxy connection in Every Proxy.
My goal is to have VPN connection via laptop (installing VPNs directly on laptop doesn't work for me, that's another big trouble which I can't figure out yet...).
Let me know which data I could provide and what else can I do to solve this issue. Thanks in advance!
