i use every way to try every proxy with another app but not work i don't know why

I have same issue with Urban VPN. The laptop can't connect to internet when I enable proxy. Work well on ProtonVPN. Seem problem causes by P2P VPN, not sure how it is different from ProtonVPN. Hope there is some solution. Thanks.
