Proxy unreachable after upgrading from Windows 10 to 11

I have used Every Proxy on my Android device to share Proton VPN connections with my laptop to occasionally access some German websites with geo blocking (no video streaming portals) while traveling abroad. This used to work well for a couple of years on Windows 10. Lately, I upgaded to Windows 11. Now, for the first time I used the same method again, but it simply does not work. No web site is accessible. As the Windows version is the only link in the chain that I am aware of has changed, I would like to know if there are any known issues or how to generally diagnose and fix the problem.

It has been 3 weeks since I asked my question. If any information is missing in it and this is that reason for nobody replying to it, can you please advise me how to improve the question? I still need help. In the meantime, I even bought a new smartphone, but the result is the same. It simply is not working.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of both Every Proxy and Every Proxy Network Bridge. I have also added a troubleshooting page to the website which may give you an additional angle to test.
