Hello Dear Namaste Yogis from long ago!  I hope that you are well and continuing to deepen into your yoga.  A good friend of mine asked me to send you the notice below about some yoga and yoga teaching opportunities.  Warmly, Ashley

Karma Yoga Tribe (KYT) provides multi generational yoga to all communities, making yoga accessible and inclusive. www.karmayogatribe.com. KYT is looking for "like hearted" teachers that are spiritually aligned with our mission, to join the tribe. Right now we have two classes this summer available for beginner teachers to practice teaching and become more comfortable being the one at the front and leading the class.

San Pablo Community Center: KYT will offer a Gentle flow and restoring stretches for low-income parents and one child 8yo + (Sunday 11:30-12:30 ).  This is a 10 week series that  starts July 24th

Family Justice Center in Richmond:  For the past year KYT has had the honor or serving the enthusiastic constituents of Family Justice Center.  Clients, staff, neighbor join us  Monday nights for a one hour beginner Hatha yoga class.  This  six week series and starts on July 25th.

(Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary)

Karma Yoga Tribe Claremont Canyon Hike and Yoga Trial Run invitation to join

I would like to meet anyone interested at head of the Claremont Canyon trail, Berkeley (http://www.ebparks.org/parks/claremont_canyon) for a mindful hike and yoga class for beginners.  Together we will hike half way up the trail until we reach the well shaded, flat landing, lay down our mats and practice.

The goal is for KYT to develop and practice a sound experience and class for paying (meet up) participants.  Our audience will be families, so bring your kids or parents.  They will need to be in good enough shape to hike half way up and down a fairly steep incline.

For more on either of the before mentioned KYT information reach out to Kimberlli Walker,  www.karma...@gmail.com
