jsonSave: Whether to save the backup into a json file. You will have to save the backup data in your own db to load it later.
jsonBeautify: Whether you want your json backup pretty formatted.
doNotBackup: Things you don't want to backup. Available items are: roles, channels, emojis, bans.
saveImages: How to save images like guild icon and emojis. Set to "url" by default, restoration may not work if the old server is deleted. So, url is recommended if you want to clone a server (or if you need very light backups), and base64 if you want to backup a server. Save images as base64 creates heavier backups.
I just saw that we have a discord channel. But unfortunately we do not use it actively. I think we can be more active on our discord channel and find quick solutions to each other. We can also actively chat on Discord sometimes. This may help us get to know each other better.
Yes, I know that the current channel is for the event. If you request here, I can create a discord channel worthy of our community. With your support, we can gather many active and external Veeam users and bring this to our community.

I would suggest to keep everything here, to not spread / lose content around different platforms, and keep everything more managed in a single source.
I was thinking some time ago, if someone was interested in a Telegram group or Message one for being in personal touch, but not as another community source, sharing more personal stuff instead of tech topics.
I have to agree here with Luis. Why spread things over another medium as we already have everything here in the community. There has been way too many things spawn lately with certain vendors and advocacy programs.
This has been discussed some times in the past. And the decision was against an additional platform, to keep the Community together. Not everyone will to go with another medium so the community might get disconnected. And most users will come here to search information or ask questions, therefore they won't benefit from anything posted somewhere else.

Yall are wrong for not thinking of this. Ive used discord since just after launch in 2015. My account was created in 2015 and I had almost my entire internet ecosystem in that. This is awful. You guys dont care about customers apparently. I was a nitro member too and now I wasted money on an account I cant use anymore. Do something about this or Ill leave I dont care.
Actually makes no sense when literally most other social media have ways to recover your account this is unbelievable. My phone screen is completely broken and cant fix it this time. Have no way of turning off the two factor authentication this is so bad on their part
A standard alternative would be to offer alternative authentication methods (hardware tokens, fido keys etc) to the second factor of choice so there are backup options available but I guess this might prove to expensive to be practical for most users.
still same problem Dec2020, I mean it makes sense to be hard for a random person to get back your account if they have access to your e-mail etc etc but STILL..get the Discord account linked to your phone option for 2fa extreme recovery or many other things possible if you think about it Discord make it happen, so many people losing their phone or stolen with 2fa app on it means bye bye Discord server..
I had this amazing server with a bot that basically turns the server into Pokemon GO, but now I lost that account due to 2fa, and I am SUPER triggered at Discord because i had 2 MEWS! I really want Discord to remove 2fa altogether so I can get back on and be with my friends, my Pokemon, and my LIFE.
I can reset my password on my computer but i need that stupid recovery code to get access to my account and the support is not very helpfull. They say sorry if you do not have those codes we cannot help you. Yeah, then why did you sent me 2 sms verifcation codes to my phone last month. Can you not sent a recovery code to my phone then?
Got a new phone, Autheticator never had 2FA set for discord. Now I am locked out. Had no idea I was meant to write down my code for 2fa. Now I have lost access to friends all around the world over the last 6 years. What a useless system.
If Zoom fails, we will host the Symposium using a combination of Google Meet and Discord. A Google Meet meeting will run throughout the day. Moderators and presenters for each session will join the meeting 5 minutes before the session begins. Participants will join a Discord server and view the stream through an assigned channel. Additionally, the Program Committee will designate four Discord Captains who will join the Google Meet and stream it to Discord.
Symposium participants who are not presenting will only need to use Discord. If you have never used Discord, you will need to create an account. Participants do not need to download the Discord app to view the stream, however, to view it in their browser they must use Google Chrome.
On Discord there will be four voice channels where the Discord Captains will stream the Google Meeting. Each participant (including presenters) will receive an email with the link to the Discord server and the name of the channel where they can view the stream.
If you did not register ahead of time, you can still join the Discord Server and view the stream from there. When you join, please send a message in the #discord-support channel and you will be assigned a channel from which you can view the stream.
