Dear Bannesh,

Thanks for your revised quote. We have reviewed the quote and based on verbal discussions, we have mutually agreed for following fee structure:

- Monthly fee for accountant (for 3.5 days in a week)- INR 25K plus GST

- GST & TDS compliance as applicable (monthly/quarterly/yearly filings) - INR 55K plus GST for entire FY 26-27.

- Annual audit plus Income tax filing - INR 50K plus GST

- Professional tax filings - No separate fee to be charged. 

As discussed, the accountant will be required to be present for entire full month in June'26 to take complete handover from existing accountant and to understand the accounting platform (Adda). From July'26 onwards, he can be present on part time basis for 3.5 days in a week as follows:

- Saturday - Full day

- Sunday - Full day

- Monday - Weekly off

- Tuesday - 0.5 day

- Wednesday - Not required to come

- Thursday - Full day

- Friday - Not required to come

Above timelines are tentative and can be adjusted subject to prior notice.

Please deploy the resource from tomorrow onwards (3rd June). He should meet Mr. Anil  - Facility Manager (in FM office which is located in Upper basement).
