Dear Residents,

Thanks for the information on renovation and painting work.

 

Kindly inform your painter and civil vendors  of the following instructions.

 

1. The vendor's designated working hours are from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

2. Please refrain from disposing of painting waste and paint water in the Wash Basin or Commode.

3. Dispose of all paint waste materials outside the premises.

4. Kindly avoid dumping paint materials and waste items in the lobby area.

5. Please refrain from depositing debris in the common area.

6. Utilize the service lift exclusively for shifting materials.

7. Vendors are strictly prohibited from using passenger lifts.

8. Vendors are not permitted to operate on Sundays.

9. Major drilling operations are permitted between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM.

10. It is prohibited to conduct drilling activities on beams.

11. Sound work will allow only 15days.
