During the cleaning work carried out in your home, some sanitary items were removed. Instead of you disposing of them, the vendors placed them in the common area. This was recorded on CCTV, and I have the footage . As a result, both the disposal charges and a fine will be applicable to you. Kindly arrange the payment at your earliest convenience."
