1. Just today morning I was taking a morning walk in our apartment and I was wondering how we have narrowed the walking space between the blocks A and H be marking space for vendors vehicles and putting barricades that are leaving only 3 feet of space to cross. Can we residents have our right to walk in our apartment?

2. After #1 is addressed, can the passages, stairs, corridors be cleared off immovable items within the building?
