Hi, Sir/ Ma'am

I'm writing to you to request a waiver on the fine amount of Rs 977 added to our flat account for the month of July. 

I'm a tenant of F-1901 since Nov 2025. I had been requesting access to Adda for more than 5 months by writing emails, texting on WhatsApp(I have chats saved), and even physically visiting the office a few times.

In Feb, I was asked to pay the maintenance by the previous  FM to a QR code shared over whatsapp.

Then after a few visits and requests I was given Adda access on 27th May. I paid my dues that very day. 

Now to my disappointment, I see a fine added. 

Please consider my request to exempt the fine. I am a diligent tenant who pays rent on time and would not have faltered on maintenance either had Adda access been given to me on time.
