Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in continuation of our earlier submission of the quotation dated 23/03/2026 for the repair/replacement of the platform above the Raw Water Tank / Equalization Tank.

We would like to bring to your immediate attention that the existing platform is heavily corroded and has become unsafe and hazardous to access. Our operators are required to use this platform for regular operation and monitoring; however, due to its current condition, they are unable to access the area safely, which is directly impacting plant operations.

Despite our earlier submission, we have not received any response. Considering the safety risk and operational impact, we request you to approve the quotation at the earliest to proceed with the work immediately.

For your ready reference, we are sharing the quotation once again and request you to approve the same at the earliest so that necessary work can be initiated immediately without any further delay.
