I hope you are doing well.

We are reaching out from Openhouse Haralur to check the availability of an indoor space or clubhouse to organise a structured and fun children’s workshop inspired by the programs we run at Openhouse.

The workshop is designed for children aged 9 months to 12 years and will include:

* Art, Public Speaking, and Music activities for children aged 5 years to 12 years
* Movement, Music, and Sensory Play sessions for children aged 9 months to 3 years

The entire event will be managed by our trained teachers and on-ground team. Activities will be conducted in hourly, age-wise slots to ensure smooth flow, safety, and meaningful engagement for all children.


Proposed date: June 7th.
Proposed Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We would also require tables and chairs for the event setup.

Could you please share the availability and pricing for a suitable indoor/common space? We would also like to check if promotions for the event can be done through:

* WhatsApp groups or app notifications
* Standees in common areas
* Lift branding
* Notice boards
* Digital TVs
