Please find attached the Bill of Cost – Retainer Fees for the month of June 2026 as per the MOU dated 14/12/2024.

We would like to reiterate that we remain fully committed to complying with the terms and conditions of the MOU and will continue to advise and act in accordance with our contractual obligations with EOA. We look forward to receiving the necessary information from your end to complete the pending work as per our engagement.

We further wish to bring to your attention that a proposal for settlement was earlier initiated by the Secretary, and pursuant thereto, a copy of the Demand Draft was also shared. However, when the matter was taken up before the Hon'ble Court for reporting the settlement, no one appeared on behalf of EOA in the said contempt matter, nor has any response been received regarding the proposed settlement.

In the circumstances, kindly confirm whether the settlement is still under consideration or whether the same is no longer being pursued. Please note that the settlement amount discussed earlier shall no longer remain applicable. In the event you are desirous of settling the matter, a revised settlement shall have to be discussed, taking into consideration the actual outstanding balance together with the interest that has accrued thereon up to the date of settlement.

It is pertinent to note that the liability stands admitted by you. Therefore, if you wish to amicably resolve the matter, kindly come forward and communicate your willingness on or before 10/07/2026, so that the revised terms of settlement may be finalized. Failing the same, and in the absence of payment of all outstanding dues, we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for recovery of the entire outstanding amount, together with applicable interest and other consequential reliefs, entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences.

The copy of the Demand Draft is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
