Repeated littering from upper floors- action needed

Dear MC Members & Facility Team,  

Despite weekly complaints from ground floor residents, garbage continues to be thrown from upper-floor windows. It lands on kitchen parapets and outside of  windows of ground floor flats, causing hygiene and safety issues.

My question is: Why has no notice been issued on ADDA or MyGate asking residents to maintain basic community decorum? 

I have seen 2-3 notices about waste segregation in ADDA, MyGate, and email. Yet not a single communication addresses garbage being thrown from windows. This is a serious issue that deserves priority attention from the MC and FM team.

Silence from the management on this makes residents feel their complaints are being ignored. Requesting immediate action: issue a strict notice on all platforms and monitor CCTV to deter offenders.
