To add to this mail trail,I raised an ticket first in July(P-40134) and then in September (P-41191), both were closed stating that's it's the issue which will get rectified when the booster /pump whatever is changed..Am not sure on why we do not deserved a response also,maybe this is not important with the painting work,STP work, celebrations..all happening..the MC team and FM team will be active ..why worry about the problems only a couple of floors face..FYI: just sending a video of what the water flow is since September ...Can we go to the MC houses and get our buckets filled???? That will be quicker for all of us

Last time when the booster pump was not working kirloskar team came took the pump repaired and then we fit it. Now again it's gone bad. And again we have raised complaint. I can surely understand this since I took stay on 19th floor. But what we don't understand is why only G block booster pump keeps breaking down.
@Lawrence @Purushottam @Rahul pls arrange for a spare booster pump till this gets repaired. And also find out why this keeps breaking down.
