One more attempt to share documents

Try this;
Go to Google website home page
Click on "Documents" tab at top left
Click on "Shared with Me" tab on far left

Please let me know if this shows you any documents and you are able to
open them. There should be a schedule with roster as well as several
other documents there.

Thanks, Erika. I just talked to Ryan and I guess since Google changed their website options we can no longer view excel or other Microsoft documents. So I will either learn how to change the format or go back to the old way of just attaching the schedule to a regular email.
