This worked for my error of "user canceled request" when I tried to send
e-mails through everest.

I have another issue that cropped up though. When I make a price change in
a bill of material, the prices don't hold their edited values and revert
back to previous values. This makes it difficult to price assemblies. This
seems to be a recent issue.
