Urgent Help Needed – ASP Error on Everest Website (Search Function Broken)

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing an urgent issue with our website connected to Everest Advanced Edition 5.0.2.6 ERP.

For the past week, our website search functionality has stopped working. We have not made any recent changes to the ASP pages or server, but the issue started suddenly.

🔴 Error Details:

When performing a search (example: item code DC03), we receive:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'
Include file not found
/search/search.asp, line 17
Missing file: files.asp

🔍 What We Know:

• The error indicates that the include file files.asp cannot be found
• The issue is coming from /search/search.asp (line 17)
• We are using a third-party search tool (Searchspring / searchspring.net)
• Searchspring has confirmed their system is working correctly
• This appears to be a server-side / ASP include path or missing file issue

We are looking for someone who can:

• Troubleshoot and fix this ASP include error
• Verify file paths and server structure
• Restore search functionality
• (Optional) Help disable/remove Searchspring temporarily if needed

Error message says "files.asp" file/page is missing either renamed or deleted from folder

Include file not found

/search/search.asp, line 17
Missing file: files.asp

We suggest to search "files.asp" file in website backup folder and restore in live website folder to solve the issue.
