Outlook 2013 has stopped being a solution to emailing from Everest we are running Version 6. 36.4 and get user cancelled request when trying to email. I know this is an issue with security in Windows not allowing sharing of temp folders, has anyone came up with a viable work around to this? we can certainly print to PDF and attach to an email and send but that is very laborious, having to copy the customers email out etc?
I wondered if there was a simple email program that we could attach Everest to and send all from Everest under a default address?

Any suggestions anyone?

I have had a bit of luck in the past making batch files and setting the batch file to be the default program for a file extension. I think the same can be done for email. the commands in the batch files are just one line so it’s not a big deal to program them.
There are also utilities that will do what you're asking. Last time I used one was over 7 years ago so I don’t remember the name. It was a command line emailing program. The cool thing about it was that it required Zero user interaction. I set it up so that when they hit a button on their scanner it emailed it to our accounting dept.
