I am continuously having these error messages in client PCs. Please help me to solve this issue.

The one about the PDF document not existing is due to a Windows security behavior. I would assume that you're trying to email an invoice. I think this started with Windows 10 but could be due to some other update.
Windows stopped letting one program see the temp files of a different program because that is an attack path. Might be all these errors.
The work-around that I found was to run both Everest and Outlook as Administrator. You can Google how to run as administrator. The launch shortcut can have that as a setting so it does it all the time.

One additional item to note ... There is a setting we change with all our AWS Private Cloud for Everest customers where we manage the entire AWS stack and provide Everest application support. 

That setting has to to with the default export path for if/when you are emailing. Instead, create a new folder in say C:\EverestExports\ and remap the settings to it. The folder could/should have everyone with "change" or at minimum authenticated users with "change".

I have had this issue and downgraded outlook to 2013 to send the invoices.

This worked for my error of "user canceled request" when I tried to send e-mails through everest.

I have another issue that cropped up though. When I make a price change in a bill of material, the prices don't hold their edited values and revert back to previous values. This makes it difficult to price assemblies. This seems to be a recent issue.
