The EcoJam brings together a group of 30 diverse people passionate about the environment, ages 20+, for 6 days of community building, personal reflection, and rejuvenation in a field that is often isolating and filled with burnout. This is not a typical environmental conference - here the focus is more the people in the room and sharing our stories and realness with each other. For anyone wanting to connect deeply with others on this journey, find healing and more self-awareness, tools for dealing with interpersonal challenges, renewed vision and purpose in our work in the world, and celebration too(!), do check this out.
