Create API Key is Disabled

Hi team,

I can't seem to create a new api key on his page https://www.eventbrite.com/account-settings/apps/new

The 'Create Key' button is still disabled after filling up the form. Am I missing something?

I'm using our company account and we will be doing an integration with Eventbrite. We will perform API requests on behalf of our users.

Hi, I am getting the same error. I reached out to support but they were of no help.

I was now able create a new api key by logging in via incognito.

I'm having this issue and incognito didn't help. Anyone got any other suggestions / have they given any indication that they know this is broken and will be fixing it?

It works if you right click the button and inspect.  Delete `btn-disabled` from the className

yeah, we had the same problems, the solution was to use a different browser (I think either Firefox or (gulp!)Edge)

sorry, I also just remembered that it doesn't seem to work from a country specific site e.g eventbrite co.uk, only from eventbrite.com

Manage to find the solution! You need to first create an event. Then the system would allow you to create the API Key. Hope that helps!
