We are interested in using your new layout for our events that are created through your API, we are still only seeing the old can you assist us with this?

Thank you,

Hey Sofia,

Any new event that you create via the API should automatically have the new layout. For events that have the old layout you will have to alter them manually on the web interface. You can do this by navigating to the edit tab of your event page and clicking on the link that says "standard editor." You will find this link on the "event description box."

Let us know if new events created through the API are showing up with the old layout!

Thanks.

Hi,

I'm testing trying to create an event with the Eventbrite Python API package and noticed that when trying to include a logo as part of the event, the layout reverted back to an older style: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/test-event-again2-tickets-35385364578

Is there any way to include an logo.id as part of posting an event such that it fits within the new layout, similar to this one: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/oratione-tickets-34295431559

Thanks so much!

Sunil

Hi Sunil,

In order to ensure that you get the new listing when adding an image you will want to make sure that the image has a crop mask. If you are using an image that was uploaded without a cropmask, you can go through the upload steps again using the crop mask parameters.
