Could anyone else give a quick try and let me know if its something on my side, or if there are problems in the system ?

Update on this.   I'm now getting the hooks on purchases made over the last few hours.   They are trickling in slowly.  Still not seeing new purchases, but expect those will come later?

What is the SLA on promptness of the webhook ?

Thanks Donna.    I am now getting a regular flow of ticket updates on my webhook, however they are from earlier orders.  I feel like a big batch of orders is sitting there, and I'm getting my webhook called once every 1 minute or so.     I can confirm that if I purchase a ticket now, I won't see the webhook for some time.  Not sure how long that time is, but I suspect its in hours.   

Another thing I'm seeing now and then, is 404 on fetching the actual order.  This happens maybe 5% of the time.

Hi Donna,

Any update on this?  Still seeing a large delay on webhooks.

We are having problems as well.  at least a 2 hour delay.

Thank you for your patience. The cause of the webhooks delay has been identified and fixes have been applied. We expect the problem to be solved in the next several hours. If you continue to experience an issue, please let us know via this forum.

I can not confirm this is fixed by now.
I got webhooks, that delayed for hours and finally triggered around 2021-03-02T18:45:27Z at almost the same time.

Did eventbrite release another fix?
Are the hotfixes still going on?

Hi All,

Webhooks’ performance is currently being impacted by a number of partially-handled exceptions in our service. We’re currently working to mitigate the impact of those exceptions and we will continue to see lag on Webhooks’ delivery during peak US hours until we have an end-to-end solution in place. We'll post updates as more information becomes available.

Thanks for reaching out. The issue with Webhook delays has been resolved and we are back to normal levels. This was a complex issue that took some time to correct. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve.
