Errors in my Zap

Hello,

I am trying to turn on zap between Eventbrite and Zoom but I keep getting this error message:

"There was a problem activating your Zap.

Eventbrite ran into an error: Oops! Something went wrong. Eventbrite may be having issues with their API - please try again later."

Not sure what to do at this point.

Hi Ann-Marie,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! 

Are you already using the Zoom integration on Eventbrite? If so, this can cause issues and it is best to only use one: a Zap between Eventbrite and Zoom or the Zoom integration with Eventbrite.
