POST and DELETE don't work in Postman

I am testing with the EventBrite API and I can connect to it via Postman. I can get events, webhooks etc. But when I want to create a new webhook with :

POST https://www.eventbriteapi.com/v3/organizations/{{organization-id}}/webhooks

I get a 200 response with the list of webhooks, but not the one I added in it.
Same with DELETE, it just does not delete anything.
If I test the same request (body/url/headers/params) in the API testpage, it does work. What can this be?
