Want some info regarding RateLimit of API calls

Hi team,

After going through the API doc of Eventbrite, got to know there are two types of Authentication. One is Oauth using App Partners and another is generating API keys by customer on their own. 

In the RateLimit section there is given info that the default limit is 2000 calls/hour or 48000 calls/day. 

I want some clarifications that will the Rate limit calls be same for both the type of authentications or will it differ from customer to customer any way if they are generating API key of their own.
