Hi,

I'm looking to set up ecommerce tracking in GA. I've already set up cross domain tracking, my GA tracking code is in Eventbrite, but I can't see to figure out how to get conversions and revenue to show in GA. I've set my GA to "standard ecommerce". I'm not a developer, and was looking to do this in tag manager if it's an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Emily

Hi Emily!

Thanks for reaching out, however, this forum is for API Developers.

For Eventbrite support questions, it'd be best that you reach out to our Customer Support team: www.eventbrite.com/support/contact-us. Please note: As set up and viewing data thereafter take place in GA, Eventbrite is unable to troubleshoot issues related to cross-domain tracking, but you will find these articles helpful:

It is also important to note you will need to use Universal Analytics, as Eventbrite doesn’t support Google Analytics 4 at this time.

Best,

Natalie

It looks like the following help article has been removed.

Do you have a reference article to set up cross-domain tracking with embedded checkout and pass that data to Google Analytics 4?
